Possible Issue with Mackie 1402VLZ3

I haven't used the Mixer for month and decided to hook it up again, I've noticed when I am in Solo Mode I get levels and Audio out of the headphone jack, as soon as I am out of Solo - Nothing, Any thoughts on something I might be missing here?

prolly has to do with "ctrl room source' which should be on 'main mix' I believe
