i am looking at the sony ux70, ux71, ux80, sx700, sx800 that have an ab repeat button. there is high end stuff like the tascam gtr1 but the sonys are a lot cheaper.
what i need is a way of looping my mp3 recordings without a gap (seamless),when it comes to the end of the loop to the start again. like an eight bar drum loop, i want it to just keep going without a pause. i'd like it to have a half decent mic built in for recording quick musical ideas.
i had a minidisc that worked ok, but minidiscs are too fussy to deal with.
has anybody had any of the sony digital recorders and can they loop like i hope?
