Porta 2 and effects

Simple is as simple does. How can I use EQ or other effects (e.g., reverb)with my Porta 2? It has 2 1/4" inputs (mic/line) and one pair of R-L RCA line inputs. I'm generally doing vocals and guitar/second guitar recording.

OOPS. The pair of RCA jacks are Line Out.
