Pops and clicks in Sonar

Hi all,
I just got Sonar up and running. I notice on trying to record audio.. I hear lots of pops an clicks. The midi works fine. I'm using an Aard 24/96 card,,,, and also have Soundblaster Live Platinum... When I record the audio.. it seems to play back "without" the pops and clicks... has anyone else had this trouble... thanks for your help.

Try backing off on the latency slider. I have the same card, worked for me.

Dunno if this could be it, but sometimes one of my other programs turns on system sounds, and it freaks everything out... starts popping and stuff.
