Nice. Ever play an Artstar?

Nope, but I've heard good thing about them. My Artcore is one of their custom models, though, and I really can't imagine it being better than this. It may well be, but I think the Artcore wouldn't be obviously a less well-made guitar. Very solid, great neck, good Pups, creamy tone.

The only downside is that it was probably made by schmucks earning a few huan a day, with a bowl of rice if they got to be 'employee of the year' or something.

To appease my conscience, I bought a hand-made German classical last week. That, too, was a bit over €500.00, but not quite a grand.

I wasn't comparing the two, they both seem like nice guitars. I've never played an Artstar, either.

From what I've read, they're generally better than the Artcores. They were more expensive, too, but still probably less than half the price of a Gibson.

I think this was $350 with a case, does not suck....

That is a Agile 2500, from Rondo Music, FYI.

One for a grand, since the f'in pole is closed.

I say though, 1 guitar, 5 microphones :D

Ooh, didn't see the 3500 dollar option... my next purchase is most likely going to be a Taylor, in the 600 or 700 series range... sure, this is like - a year and a half down the road, but whatever!

My next will be in the €2,000.00 range. Either a Martin or Taylor 12 string.
