I was just wondering...

I sent my mic's in to PMI for some warranty work about the 1st of the year. I still don't have them back. Several emails and a call have all been handled fairly well, but still no mic's.

After 10 weeks, should I be getting a little peaved?

I just noticed this post. I am very sorry there has been some mix up. We do in fact service everything in house, and try to do them as soon as possible. Why this has taken so long, I do not know but maybe our tech has developed gastro-intestinal problems. Only kidding!!!

Call me on my toll free number 877-563-6335

If you know your ATR#, please have that on hand. I promise we will take care of this right away.

The man himself is offering help. Can't beat that!

Funniest thing I've read all week.

... rather than some internet forum where a bunch of dorks sit around and debate over what $10 mic they should use on their rap album, or the differences between an sm57 and sm58 ... again. :D
.

My vote is for a 58 for rap. Definitely. But only if you cup your hand over the pop screen so that it sounds all crappy and distorted. And only if you are West Coast. Otherwise, the 57 is better for East Coast. I heard that all Nas records are done with a 57.

Kidding. I don't get rap, and rap doesn't get me. We're cool like that.

Guess what, cheeserock. There are many of us who simply don't understand or appreciate the hatred you have and extend toward any discussion related to PMI products and Alan Hyatt.

If I didn't know better, I'd swear that you and DJL are room mates. :p

When it comes to customer service, this post says it all.

For what its worth, I don't have an issue with Chessrock anymore. He has a unique way of thinking and as such, expresses himself IMHO with a dry sort of humor... I don' think he hates me or my products. He is just a very colorful personality and that is what can get you in hot water as I have learned the hard way myself. :D

say what you will about whatever you want, but alan is the ONLY owner i ever see on the boards answering questions.
i don't yet own any SP products, but if/when i buy one that will be a big part of why.

That argument is so 2003. :D

Man I just had to jump in to say, that of all the posts in these two pages, very little is directed to the original post. Most of these posts are directed to someone with a foul mouth that craves attention as many teenagers do.
Ones attitude toward others says a lot and shows zero professionalism, and respect to our profession
