i'm a new user of cubase. I used cubase to recording a drum set, which means it has to be multi channel recording. I tried the setting that described on the manual, but it only show up two channel's for sounds input. Can someone help to find out how to set more then two channels for recording???

How many inputs can your soundcard handle at once? If you can have more than two, then make sure you have enabled them.

I'm not sitting at my DAW, but in SX it's something like "VST Input". Pressing one of the function buttons will automatically bring it up (I think like F5? But if not keep pushing them, it's so automatic for me now I don't even pay attention to the number). You can also choose it from the menu area where you can bring up the mixer, your VSTi rack, true tape and the like.
Just turn on the inputs you want to use.
