Plugin to CREATE crackle?

I'm after a vinyl kinda sound for the intro on a song. Not a standard telephone EQ kinda thing, but more like it's being played on an old record or something. Does anyone know of something like that? I have a LOT of plugs already but not much money so freebies/trial versions are preferred :p

the old cubase used to have the grungelizer I think it was called. You could narrow the bandwidth with a dateline and ad crackle n hiss n 50Hz hum if I remember correctly
 
The Cubase "Grunganizer" or something was pretty good imho, but Izotope Vynil is better.

Perfect mate! There's one or two other quite usable sounds in there too but I needed the crackle before the song starts and then an old LP sound till the guitars kick in properly.

Cheers mate ... excellent plugin and looks really cool too! :)
