What the heck, I liked this tune when I heard it over at the songwriting threads.
I think rayC put up some worthwhile comments in your other MP3 Clinic thread.
You also mention you're going into the studio to record this song Wednesday? so I'm sure you will get better results with balance and tone. You may want to try recording with a click track so your timing is spot on. 30$ an hour seems reasonable for recording in a local studio.
Good Luck and I hope you have a great time in the studio - try and post a copy of the studio version once it's done......

Hey kid, good luck at the studio. Go early and hang a bit, be relaxed. Bring a copy of your recording with you so the ME can get an idea of what your lookin for. Can't wait to hear the results!

So how did it go in the studio? Do you have any funny stories to share? Do you have any cool studio-type tips for us? Did you get a scratch copy of your songs for us to hear?

hey man i am sooooo upset we scheduled our session today (saturday) and the guy called me yesterday and he goes...." Sorry guys im going on a 4 day vacation so well reschedule"...i was so pisseddd...i guess this will give us more time to perfect our songs i guess right?....anyway im not sure what pro tools are if u guys know please tell me!! and if they are good??...thanks

oooooo man that looks like pretty good stuff to record for the first time...it says these things are pretty expensive ( well for a kid like me) i think we can get pretty good quality i hope from the equipment..

Sorry to hear that - you were probably all psyched up to record too. Well, you have a good idea - just practice a bit more and be even better when you record. Studio is not the time to practice (unless you're super rich14yearoldkid said:

we are rescheduled for june 7th... i cant wait!!! its a good thing now that i think about it cause we dont have a lot of money!! lol and we will be soo ready to record..
