Hi all,
Im having a really strange problem with panning which for the life of me I cant figure out. The problem happened a few days ago. Whenever I try to pan an audio track left or right in Cubase VST or any of my other audio packages, it simply will not pan. All my sounds are sitting smack bang in the centre of the stereo image, no matter how I pan stuff around and no matter what package I use, i.e. Cubase VST or Goldwave. I did not have this problem a week ago so I can't figure out what is causing the problem. I even tried it in a MIDI application, I panned a MIDI drum track to the right but on playback the sound remained in the centre. My soundcard is a Creative Vibra 128, thinking this may be the cause of the problem I re-installed the drivers but the preblem remains. Any ideas or comments are appreciated.
Cheers,
Buzz
