Hi guys I am new to the site and have been home recording original material for a while. I would love to have my mixes reviewed can I upload a track and how do I do this. Many thanks guys.

Yeah, you start a thread and post one of your songs (you'll get better feedback for single songs than for a group)
It also helps to comment on other people's mixes. Even if you don't think you know enough to give good feedback, every ear helps. Plus, there's the "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours" aspect.
