please help

i've been trying this pitch bending thing with cep2 but to no success. please can someone help me.am trying to bend a selection of voice that has high pitch.like most of the artist do with there voice.sounds great.i just wanted to know if i could do that with cep or do i need a seperate programm.i can see that cep2 has this option but i can't get the frequency.please help

Are you trying to correct bad pitch or make it sound more electronic? For fixing most people use Autotune and for weird effects a Vocoder.
