Please Help Me

Okay , Im 14 years old and i need help !
Im 14 i make about $50 a month from allowance and im tryin to build a studio .this christmas i Gor a Mxl Condenser Mic, a tripod stand with boom (2) a paper stand,popper,and akg k-66 headphones.
I went and brought new memory for my computer (compaq presario,pentium 3 processor,cd-rw drive WEAK SPEAKERS)
I have a lilttle room in my basement that i call a studio but before i was recording with a cheap stolen dynamic mic koss foldable headphones for walkmans,and Magix music maker. so as u can tell it sound pretty bad .
i have about a 12 x 8 (ft) room I HAVE ABOUT $250 saved up and was wonderin wat should my proiteries be.

Mixer
Booth
good soundcard
racks


Can u tell me the cheapest way to arrange to get all of these

this is difficult

250 bucks - is that correct ?. firstly read some of my newbie articles on pages 1 and 2 of this newbies forum. these are condensed from many years recording and have lots of tips.
firstly you will need some sort of mixer to get the microphone sound ie: the mxl into the sound card line in. DONT USE MIC IN !
about the lowest price ive seen is 49 bucks for a behringer ub802.
you might consider that. but some folks dont like behringer !
but at this level i dont have many options to advise you due to budget.
another option is the yamaha mg mixer at 99 bucks.
i assume your using on board sound in the compaq ?
in which case read my mastering article towards the end is a few tips for folks using on board or cheap sound cards.
the cheapest QUALITY sound card will probably be around 100 to 150 bucks. but i would get the mixer settled first off. one step at a time. then save up for a sound card.
sorry but my options to advise you are very limited due to budget.

Okay , My mother and i went to a closed door sale at our local music store. My mom was actually goin buy me any mixer from $0-$450. I was about to get a 16 track yahama for like $300. My mother asked the dude how do u hook it up to a computer and he said theres no way .So he said I should get A tascam US-122. A sound card box(i geuss) that hooks up to your pc through The USB JACK.its Midi Compatible and XLR compatible with Phatom power.
Im not going to waste both of our time if you dont know wat im talkin about. But if You are familar with this box can you inform me because it is really confusing and the owner manual is even worst.
Questions
1. Can a mixer hook up to my computer or now the box i have.
2. My mic picks everything up , Tips on a booth
3.i only have 1 condenser mic how mant tracks do i need on a mixer to record vocals and a keyboard
4.Should i take my box back

P.s. I read the newbie section but I feel i cant relate closely to any post because there all talkin about more expensive with a larger income then mine.
