Please help me find one of these...

I have been endlessly searching, but to no avail. Can anyone tell me where to get one of these rolling monitor/keyboard/mouse carts. I have found similar, but I am looking for the type specifically shown in the (very poor) photo. Sorry for the quality...at this point, it's all I have. The desk is very simple & It seems ridiculous that it is so hard to find. I'll try to describe it since the pic is lousy. 4 casters with 2 foot rests above them; a pole that connects a platform for a keyboard & mouse; 2 small risers to connect the platform for the computer monitor. Very simple. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Most times they are pretty easy to find on hospital supply catalogs because E.R.s use them a lot for the nurses. ( i know because I was a sys admin for scripps hospital)
