OK, I'll bite...

So, this isn't the stuff I really listen to, so take my comments with that in mind...

This is a very familiar sounding 12-bar blues riff...tried and true, you can't really go wrong there. Just nothing real novel, if you know what I mean...but Stevie Ray Vaughn (R.I.P.) made a career out of the same riff, over and over and over...

Drums: In a word, monotonous...need to change it up a little, ride cymbal, fills, etc. You probably know this already...I'm used to working with a drummer so my knowledge of drum machines is limited.

Guitar: I like the lead work during the verses, but it sounds a little thin. I don't know if it's just the level or if it needs some EQ to give it a little more bite. The lead break is good, but I'd like to hear a more bluesy distortion on the lead break.

Vocals: Nice vocal work, you clearly have a good voice for this kinda tune...nice laid-back style.

All in all, a good 12-bar blues rock tune.

Cool Party Tune

I actually really like this style of music, so I was hooked in quickly. I thought the vocals were strong, and the rhythm guitar and bass were pretty tight. However, as mentioned elsewhere, the drums were too boring. A few drum fills would really pick things up and add even move to this.

The "tone" on the guitar solo in the middle didn't seem totally appropriate for the style. I thought it sounded too processed, and you would have been better off a little straighter. I though the tone for the misc lead fills was fine.

Nice work.

Liked everything about it. Ok ... the drums could be a little more interesting, but the voice is just fine and yes it does ROCK!
