What label?
Ill I got on the switch is rhythm and treble

The label that says "Rhythm & Treble". The ring around the switch. I don't even know if it can be put on backwards. I was just sort of kidding around, although I guess it's a possibility.

Ohhhhhhhh. Yeah, but I wasn't sure which one was for the bridge. More retarded questions to follow in another thread...

No rules here, you can play with both pickups, it depends on what you're playing. To get a Brian May-ish sound use your rythm position to solo (a more warm and rounded tone) And you can have a nice funky rythm section with your bridge pickup. Break up the rules man.

It was more to do with the fact that I didn't know which one of my pickups sounded like shit, and therefore be first on the list for replacement. I knew the treble position sounded good and the rhythm position sounded shit, so I was just making sure, because I've had hated to go in and tell em to change the bridge pickup, to find that was the wrong one. Know what I mean?

Ok, the best you can do its go to a luthier and meke him check your guitar. he will examine the pickups and tell you which one is great and wich one is crap. Er... I'm asumming you have the factory pickups, right? If yopu want a great sound you should change your pickups, maybe a pair Seymour Duncan. Just my advice.

NEVER joke about pickup selection. It just isn't Goddamn well funny

If you are still unsure, and this is a matter of trying to determine which pickup sounds like shit...engage the offensive sound, and then tap on the pickups with your pick or something to determine which one is active.

However, I can't imagine not immediately discerning the neck pickup from the bridge through sound alone....The bridge pickup is the trebley one!

Is trebley a word?
