How do i get the levels on each track in the studio view to show?

You don't... The program is not designed for it, sorry...

When I bought PA9 (actually it was a gift from my girlfriend, she bought me PA9 Deluxe), I was floored to see that it didnt have playback meters on each track. I almost jumped ship, but SONAR is pretty cool. Worth the price just for the fact that you do not have to open that lousy console view.

Man, have I been using this program all wrong?:D I do virtually everything in the console view. I have meters, I have vol. I have pan, I add real time affects, and best of all it looks cool. The only time I go to the tracks view is when someone messes a track recording and I have to edit the track and punch in. But, right back to watching my meters I go.:D

You got that in the Track View in Sonar. I only use the Console because I'm used to look at meters that points upwards, and I'm sticking with that. Other than that, the console sucks, IMHO. But it's great if you have to monitors... The Track View on one, and the Console View on the other...

I have that in trash view if I want to pull everything down. Then I might be able to see 3 or 4 tracks. Kinda hard for me to work with when I have 16 to 20 tracks though. Who knows maybe I'm doing something wrong but, It works for me.:D

All that stuff is on the main screen, but I must admit that the console view impresses the babes. Carry on:D :D :D
