...does it come with everything i need to connect them to my pc and/or UMC202HD interface, or are there some things i will need to buy extra in order to be able to connect the monitors? Like, a Hosa CM-110 cable for instance, or? If so, do i need 1 or 2 of those?

I sent my son in France a pair a few months ago and he is very happy with their sound. He is running his from a UMC204HD but through a Mackie Big Knob Passive controller* because he needs to quickly swap between sound sources. His recordings are almost exclusively classical guitar so he does not need high volumes nor deep bass. He does however 'improve' MIDI files of Beethoven symphonies and finds them fine for that task but then even though he has been playing rock guitar for some 35 years he has never liked loud noises!

*A useful device for sure but has some serious shortcomings depending on your particular AI. Ask here before you buy!

Dave.

Two of those is all you need - then a 2 wire 16 guage to go between the main speaker and the satelllite.

Do note that the speakers come with,

Included Accessories

  • Speaker wire
  • 1/8" TRS to Stereo RCA cable
  • Stereo RCA to Stereo TS cable

yes . . . I take back everything I said.

It looks like they come with everything you might need.

Edit: I changed my mind. A pair of TRS to TRS will get you from UMC202HD to the Eris

However, the included stereo RCA to TS included will be fine.

Aside from the Speaker Wire - the TRS to TRS is needed for a solid connection.
