Pitchshift plug-in

Is there a free pitchshifter plug-in thats pretty good? I rarely use it, but the one that comes with cubase LE is shit. Just dropping the tone one half-step makes it sound all warbly. I'm not looking for pirated freebies, just a true free one thats pretty good - if there is such a thing.
