Pitch Shifter GONE in HS 2004

My pitch shifter under Process --> Audio Effects --> Cakewalk was there one day and now it's GONE

The file in the shared plugins directory is still there (pitch.ax). Anyone know how to correct without a reinstall?

Just reinstall the software. You won't lose any projects.
