How do i do pitch shifted delay to get double tracking?

The Boss PS-3 Pitch shifter Delay does alittle bit of double tracking
effect with stereo outputs


To Get Real Double tracking i need to do pitch shifted Delay how

This can only be done in analog. Digital can't ADT because there is no way to "flange" the digital recording at all. The Eventide flanger is NOT digital because it CAN flange in an analog way the way that analog flanging was done when analog was used in the modern recording studio.

It is flanging, that is how. But only ANALOG and not DIGITAL.


You will have to experiment with the Eventide to find the right "ADT Flange Points" to allow the "double tracking effect" to be heard and then recorded to ANALOG or DIGITAL , at this point. Remember, Analog NOT digital at the flanging effect point and analog OR digital at the finished flanging effect point to the final recording.

Are we clear?

You can't shift a pitched delay ADT tracking double time expressor.. You need a delay ADT double expresso pitched to C# extractor mellon. why?

"pitch" shifting delay has nothing to do with the digital medium. It is an analog effect. ADT is an analog effect because it is pitch shifting the track instead of just layering the track. You can layer the track without pitchshifting if you are very careful, but 1 out of 100 engineers know how to do this that is why ADT was invented with the Beatles and Abbey Road and many other recording stars. You can do this with ADT if you pitch shift the delay with maybe an Eventide or something else. Try it and see.

Dude. To get Real Double tracking you need to do real double tracking. Perform and record it twice.

but i want ADT, with pitch shifted delay can i can gt ADT.
do i record need to record analog for ADT, for that to get DDT?
