Pitch changing

Is there any program or plugins I could use with Cool Edit Pro 1.2 that will allow me to change the pitch of a wave file without slowing it down and stretching it?

I have some guitar tracks I wish to drop tune 1/2 a step to match some other junk I recorded a later time.

I'd be willing to bet that Cool Edit Pro must include a pitch-shifting function.

Yeah, the full version of Cool Edit Pro does it...I dont think the SE edition does....I could be wrong....
