pitch bend doesnt work..any advice???

I have an m-audio keyrig49, and yes I know it is cheap and probably not that good. I jsut can not for the life of me get the pitch bend to work.

any advice would be greatly appreciated!

What soft synths are you using? Whatever you're using probably doesn't support pitch bending.
