I really like what you've done with the song. Subtle variations during the solo, etc... The rhythm tone on the left sounds a bit strange to me, but I don't have the know how to describe exactly what it is. Perhaps more presence, perhaps turned down, perhaps some reverb to blend it a bit more. The point is it doesn't seem to sit well in the mix and is kind of distracting.

ill try turning it down and if that doesnt work ill stick with your other suggestions
 
So far so good Nick. There's distortion on the toms in the intro. Too much effect on the vocal and it's farther down in the mix than I'd like. The rythm guitar is too loud. Good job on the lead! It's just about note for note. A remix would fix all. I dig it.

Decent effort - but...

Vocals are too weak (not in volume, but in prescence). They need more grunt. Drums need more variation. Plus other stuff already mentioned.
