well heres mine. slightly old pic but doesnt matter.
actully ive just tried and all my pics are about 3kb too big. i cant be assed to reduce them now - just cos im so lazy. i will later when i have more energy, i promise. lol
i don't think i ever really mic my kit the same way twice. at the moment i'm just playing with a single mxl 990 as a low over head and an a.t. 25 on kick. kinda getting a "brown album"/70's sound.

heres a side and front view of my kit "fully miked". it is by no means the most acurate sound, but it is very cool. the 990 seems to really emphasize the room. it's the kind of mic you'd never pick in a shoot out, but mixed with the band its kinda cool, helps define the drums as a single instrument rather than various components of an instrument.
they are low, actually the whole kit is low. you may notice the rack tom is on its own stand because the mount would'nt let me set it low enough. the second crash there is actually an 18"crash ride sitting on top of a 17" upside down wuhan china. i have a lot of trouble finding cymbal stands that will allow me to operate at the hieght i desire. i am by no means short either (5'10" ) i have no idea why it is i play like this, now i feel vulnerable and insecure. j/k
