If you had reached up and started tappin the 8`s on the bell of that cymbal around 1:30 you would have heard me hollerin from there.. I dig it man. Rythym... by the numbers.
Ok, now the business stuff. The bass could be a little rounder and bigger, and hear some string winding. The kick wasn`t quite fat enough to balance that snare in the bass/kick/snare triad. The verb was a little too much, putting the kit too far backstage behind the guitar, bass was somewhere in between. The definition of the hat and cymbals in the rides get washed, the crashes come through well. The guitar tone was really nice. I would like to hear a tad more of that wide tubey mid pressure like ya get out of a strat and hot Mesa along with the upper mids and crispness yu got. Free room and house sandwich if you ever stop thru my end of Alabama!
