Hey guys
I posted here a while ago with some vocals i had been working on.
What do you guys think of my ability to phrase or make melodies, for some reason I can not find out what I think about my own stuff, it is soo weird. Anyway, all feedback is welcome

What do you mean, you cannot find out ? You make it sound like the answer to the question "what is the meaning of life ?" How hard can it be to have an opinion of your own stuff ?

Your vocal is boxed in by you. You appear to be lacking the confidence to articulate the lyrics in a vocally melodic manner. I suggest you read the words a lot and find passages which contain things which are supposed to impart some kind of feeling upon your listener and start off by expressing surprise, fear, sadness, Really?, Oh no! Oh yes! that's bland, ect to yourself. Imagine conversation and how someone might show interest or express beyond the spoken words in that scenario. Break out of the monotone and experiment, if you feel self conscious, do it when alone until you feel comfortable letting yourself go a bit more and loosen up.

to directly answer your question ...... not good.
You have a poor sense of pitch and your delivery is leaden.
You have some work to do to make those vocals decent ......... sorry.
