Hi guys. I've been reading this forum for awhile but I'm at my wits end trying to backup my dmt-8 to a cd. Some of you guys have similar setups that may help me out.
I have a philips 765 dual deck cdr. It has optical IN but not out. So I can archive it, but I want to make sure I can retrieve it later before I start on some new songs.
I've tried getting around this using a beringer unit that converts digital (rca style) coax to optical- I get nothing.
Any ideas?? Maybe just find some type of cd player that has an optical out? I know I can buy fostex's cd backup deal but I'd rather spend the money on other things now.
