Double click the three EQ knobs on the mixer strip for said track. This will bring up the 20 band Parametric EQ. Depending on which version you are using .... there will either be check boxes for inverting the phase or, in version 4, there are two little green wave icons at the top right of the EQ window (between the icons for Delete current band and Bypass current band).
