Do these mics need phantom power?

I could not find any info on this question. I just ordered two of them as they got some really good reviews. I also ordered two mic cables Ernie Ball XLR Microphone Cables. These have male/female 3 pin connectors, I want to make sure I did not need a mic cable that had the 3 pin on the mic side and a 1/4 jack on the other side. Anyone know?
