Can someone please recommend an inexpensive, but quality, Phantom Power supply for one mic ?

Thanks Tim! You ain't gonna believe this! Just minutes after reading your reply, I did an ebay search and found AND BOUGHT the Rolls, for almost HALF of what musiciansfriend charges, and MF has it on sale! Ok, not "new" but "like-new" with all accessories + even the box from a very reliable seller. Take a look:
