Phantom power voltage

I was considering the purchase of a small mixer to do a submix of some backup vox to feed my ADATs in a live situation. The mixer is a Rolls rm65 that provides 12volts per channel phantom power. Will less than 48v adversly affect the sound of my condensors? ( 2 v67s, Octava 319s, nt3s) I looked at the specs on my Marshalls and it says 48v +- 4v, but the nt3s can be powered by a 9v battery.

Phantom power is a dc voltage (11 - 48 volts) which powers the preamplifier of a condenser microphone. If the diaphragm of the mic is externally charged, lowering the polarizing voltage will decrease the sensitivity, raise self noise, and possibly degrade the performance somewhat.
