perfect crime

The vocals aren't done yet, but I just wanted to see how this sounds to you guys. This is a 4 min. or so sample of "perfect crime/simon sez" mixng with the mouse is still pretty strange and I'm very limited as far as plug ins (I have the TC Natives demo with a few presets that work ok for me)

any input would be great.

For the most part I thought this was pretty decent. I like the drums.

The transition from the intro to the next section around 00:34 seems a little abrupt though, and I think the distorted guitar in the intro sounds a little rough tone-wise, almost sounds like you recorded thru a line-out.

After the intro, all is good.

I hate mixing with the mouse as well.
