Peavey Fury IV Bass

Hey everyone,

I was just wondering if anybody had heard anything about the Peavey Fury IV bass. I saw it in a local shop with a pretty good price on it, but I don't know that much about Bass, so any kind of feedback would be great.

Are you saying you don't play bass? Because of course, the only way to know whether it's a good instrument is to play it for a while. And it's especially the only way to know whether it's a good instrument for you.

No, I do play a bit...only been playing about a year or two. I did play this one a little bit (4 string) and I liked it, but I guess I am just trying to get some input from others on its overall quality. Has anybody had any problems with it...has it held up to abuse...care...things like that. I want to buy a decent beginner to intermediate instrument that may have some resell value if I decide to upgrade later. I was also looking at the SWR Working Man 4004 head with the Working Man 4x10 cabinet to go with it. Any thoughts??
