Peavey 5150 4x12 Speakers

Hey Guys,
While offering to buy a Carvin x60b head online, the seller offered me a Peavey 5150 4x12 cab for an extra $150.
The cabs are loaded with Sheffield 1200 speakers. I'm wondering if anyone here has had experience with these cabs
and/or speakers and how they perform. Any feedback would be cool.

Sheffield speakers are a bit dull compared to Celestions but they are not too bad. The Carvin X60B is sort of a bright amp so that cab would work pretty well with it. If the cab is in good shape I'd say that $150 is a fair price.
