Pearl DX-98

Does anybody have one of these? I've just obtained one today, not had chance to use it. It's made by the Japanese Pearl not the Swedish company. 70/80's era. Actually manufactured by AKG for Pearl. The capsule inside has a part number of 2146M1001 if that means anything. It's a decent size, EV RE20 ish I'd say. Probably designed for the same purpose judging by the look.

Interested on peoples experiences.
 
I've whipped the top off to look at the capsule. It's an AKG mounted on a large brass bar which is shock mounted. I'll get a picture at some point. Not pulled the other end to look at the transformer as yet.
