PCI Audio Interface

I have around $500 to buy a new PCI audio interface.
I am looking for somethig that also has midi interface and phantom power for mics.
What do you think I should buy?

Do your homework before you recommend something. Neither have phantom power. The 1010 doesn't even have mic preamps.

Aardvark Direct Pro 2496 (4 mic pres) is a good choice...

or get the Q10 (8 mic pres) if you can pay a little bit more.
