Paypal being nosey???

On my caller id it says "PayPal Inc."

I hear you, they really don't do enough to prevent fraud. There are a lot of things they could do to make the system safer, but won't. They are so concerned with accessibility, that they sacrifice safety.

I understand that Google's new payment system might only charge 2%, instead of the 3% Paypal charges. I will go that route as soon as possible, and I hope a lot of other people do too. I just want to wait 3-6 months before I do it, so they can get their system all figured out, and the kinks worked out. Who knows if the Google system will be safer, but at least it's cheaper.
 
I remember hearing in the news that paypal employee's were taking and using money from accounts that the employees were watching to see if it' was a dead account then if it was, they would withdrawal & close account, or keep using it. Maybe they're now calling to verify their customers?
