Patching from Tascam Mixer M-30 to amp

I am helping a friend patch from his Tascam M-30 Mixer to his amp. I forgot how mine is patched, as I am away from home for a week. (I'm texting him, I'm not at his house)
From the M-30 Submix Out to the input of the amp or from the Monitor out to the input of the amp?

Monitor output, or from the buss outputs for a slightly cleaner signal. The monitor output signal source IS affected by the position of the headphone switch.
