Parts for Oktava 021 mod.

Looks like a good option if you don't want to deal with sourcing all the parts. If you have a copy of the mod directions, I would just really quickly shop www.mouser.com and www.digikey.com, none of those parts should be more than 20 cents a pop. The ceramic cap he's providing, if it's in the signal path (AC coupling) should really be a better quality cap, like a polystyrene (available at Mouser).

I've been just too busy to get an order out for my 2 mics. Is there any interest in a group buy of parts?

If some are not comfortable in doing the mod I might be willing to do for them (for a nominal fee?)

Count me in for parts for 3 mics.

The 1G resistors are $3.68 each at Mouser. (BTW, Dorsey recomends 4 per mic.) Also, it used to be difficult to order 2SK170s without a large minimum charge, but seems like someone here posted a source for oneses and twoses that didn't cost an arm and a leg.

Oh shoot, I didn't see the 1G's. :o

I think in the beginning, Scott offered a PCB too, didn't he?

I just saw this on ebay.
All the parts for the Oktava 012 mod.

I am thinking about doing the mod to my 012's.

This guy on ebay is REALLY helpful!. I recently bought two kits from him and performed the mod myself. I found the service after the sale was informative and the information and little pictures he included in the kit was invaluable. Well worth the money.

So was the mod BTW. really opened mine up.
