Hello. This is our newest track and first recording since
we got the R3. Feedback always welcomed, thanks:)

I personally would have a bit less top on the hi-hat/cymbal sound, it's too hissy to my ears. Could do with a bit more low-mid and bottom end in my opinion. Why don't you try altering the master bus compression so the kick makes the level pump a bit more?
Just my two cents of course :)

Yep - not so biting is right. Nice and spacey with a good beat. ESX R3 are good machines...

Thanks, I appreciate that! Yes, my bandmate just got the R3 a couple weeks ago and I've had the ESX for years now. We're lovin them both right now!

Thanks again for the feedback, this is a great forum:)

Thanks for the tips Andrew, I appreciate the help. Glad you like the re-do:)

excellent...watch your low end its a bit overpowering...but great job, will listen to the rest of your tunes when i get in later

Noted, thanks! This is probably one of our best tracks, we are learning as we grow. This is the first track we've recorded since getting the Korg R3, so we'll only get better hopefully;)

Thanks again all for the needed feedback!

Thoroughly enjoyable! I love those noises. Listening on small nearfields, the mix seems clean, pretty tight balance, you can hear space in there, depth-wise, which I like.
Overall, great track!

Thanks! Yea we practice on 5" nearfields, so it probably sounds best on those;)

We appreciate it and are glad you liked it.

Any other thoughts? We're about to work on a new recording tonight, so hopefully have another worthy track soon!
