Whenever I pan my git track to the left a little it causes clipping in just the left channel. But when I turn down the volume of the git track it gets lost in the mix. And if I turn down the whole thing first its just too quiet/. any help?

youre probably not EQing it properly. Try cutting some at 350k, some at 5k, etc until you figure out where the problem is.

but wont EQing the git make it loose the essential Hz that make it a guitar as opposed to say...a piano.

why dont you just lower the master volume..(upper left corner) ??

xoxo

thanks ;)
to "save paper" Syntrillium doesnt send a hard copy of the tutorial with CEPro so I have to learn it all 1st hand. I used CE2000 for a long time, but some new features I have to get used to.

I meant 350 and 500 not 5...I dont know what instruments youre mixing but do whatever sounds right until youve cut enough so it stops clipping.
