Panel missing

I do not know what happen but whenever I open up a new project I do not see the panel on the farthest left. The one that says the Track Name, Inserts, Equalizers, Sends, Channel, Notepad, Quick Controls tabs. How do I get it back I have been hunting for an hour and cannot find it!

Edit : Nevermind I got it back.
