Honestly...I doubt he can do it for less, especially since he would have to cut/drill the entire lefty Strat pickguard from a blank piece of material...and he doesn’t keep a variety of colors around.
He just happened to have some black/white material for what I wanted, as that's fairly standard/common pickguard material and he only does the guitar work as a side hobby, but I'm going to suggest to him to start making pickup rings out of quality wood, and also pickup covers, as I've seen some on the Internet and they are fetching higher prices than plastic/metal stuff you can get most anywhere. He might go for the idea, since woodworking is his real trade.
I think the Warmoth site is your best choice. They probably already have most of those variations pre-cut and in stock...you just pick the one you need. Heck...if they had what I was looking for, I would get it from them too!
