I have some 4 ft-8 ft by 2 in Owens Corning Rigid Foam insulation would this be good
To use in a low and mid absorber

If you're talking about that pink foam stuff that comes in large boards, it's pretty much useless as acoustic treatment. You need fiberglass, not stiff foam.

If it is the OC 703 rigid fiberglass then you have the right stuff.
 
Talk at a wall. Then hold the fiberglass in front of the wall, and talk at it. You can get a general idea of what frequencies are absorbed by doing this. A lot of companies use funny math to come up with their absorbtion coefficients, but this is a goodway to find out.
