Overdubbing

Now i use Cool Edit Pro and Sound Forge 6.0 and i need help overdubbing, when i do overdub the guitar tracks and the drum tracks are on time then off time, is there any program that can fix this, or any program to overdub without alot of hassle

are you definitely playing in time when you overdub? If you are then it could be a computer problem. What are the specs on the cumputer? Did you purchase these programs or are they cracks. Cause usually ripped off programs have problems in them.
