outer control can't right carry out my order

Why sometimes my ADAT 8 tracks recording's outer control can't right carry out my order? when this electrophoresis happen,I press stop button but machine enforce backward...etc.
thank's your help!
 
Sounds like it needs to be taken to the vet for a checkup....!

If I understood the issue correctly then that's definitely not a user-serviceable issue, it must be sent in to the shop............
