If you can get up to $199 you get better options, like the Lexicon MPX-100 or TC Electronic M300.

Buying used would probably be the best way to get a good processor for under $150. There's a bunch of Alesis processors like the Wedge, Quadraverb and others. You could maybe even find a used MPX-100 for that or less.
