Original blues tune

I like blues music. I thought the vocal was the best part. That 's quite a guitar tone. Maybe could be a little warmer?? I might even put a 2nd guitar playing rhythm in there somewhere.

I record different than most here. I use a Yamaha "studio in the box" deal and don't generally use drum samples..... so I'm not sure how all that drum sequencing works. May want to clean that up a little. There are some here that can help you there.

I like the premis to the song. Just needs to tighten up a bit.
Pretty good first time though.

For drums, I use the drum editor in Sonic 2.0
Then I use different drum fonts.
I thought I'd try dirtying the drums up for this
song but maybe I got too muddy....
 
It's got a cool Neil Young feel to it. It sounds like you scooped all the mids out of the mix. There's a lot of bass and highs but the meat is gone. Is this a headphone mix by any chance?

I'm working on proper monitors.
I'll probably end up fixing my Bose 501's
from the early 70's.
I can get speaker repair kits from Ebay.
Just got to get the money
 
Ditto on the scooped mids - from what I can hear. I'm having trouble getting Nowhere to stream right now. Howsabout making it available for download?

Nice stuff here! Great live feel, especially considering you've got programmed drums. I got out my ax and jammed along.

I like the thin bluesy guitar tone - and the vocals matched the tone. Great sound. Nice playing.
 
this is a good time tune. I like that backbeat comin constant like a train. I can slide into this kinda groove for a long time. I`m lofo streaming so I cant hear everything like i`d want . There`s one thing in some of the drum rolls I aint real crazy about but it works, sounds kinda like a vibraslap, Id like a sizzling crash a little better there. THe guitar picking is cool, real cool. Got a unique voice tone, could fatten it up and it`d be real mean, I like that a lot..

He helped me to get a decent guitar tone going.
