Opinions on the burstbucker series

I'm considering putting some burstbuckers into my Les Paul Classic. I find the neck position pickup lacks clarity when running through my amp with distortion, and from what I've read the burstbuckers are the way to go. I was just wondering what others who have installed these pickups on their guitars thought about them.

Ive installed them in several guitars, SGs, Les Pauls, and a Strat. I really love them. Theyre low output vintage, very vlear and very responsive with tube amps. Great clarity of notes and evenly balanced. I love the rythm sound I get with them.
